Women are the backbone of the church, just as they are the heart of the family. 

The church's mission and prosperity depend on their participation and the unique abilities and gifts that each member brings to the table. To work with men to fully understand from Scripture how we are all to serve God; to explore scripturally sound opportunities for service in every calling of life from home, to church, to the world; to equip women to fulfill their callings; and to thank God for the solid foundation of faith upon which our lives and communities are built.
